Kathy Lutsky


As vice-president and co-owner of Action Real Estate agency, Kathleen is responsible for coordinating our agents, accounting, and handling the various administrative tasks associated with running the agency.

Her strong background in customer service and office management come from over 40 years of experience, including nearly twenty years of customer service and office management with a local cable television business office, as well as over a decade managing the offices of Intergrafix Internet and related services.

Kathleen lives in Sugarloaf with her Newfy (Max), and has worked in real estate, side by side with her husband and co-owner, Victor Lutsky, for over 20 years.
