CMA is the process realtors use to determine a home's market value, using closed transactions of comparable properties.

Not Zillow, not your uncle Joe, your accountant, or your neighbor, and certainly not a guess.

You don't want to underprice it or overprice it, since both have consequences. We use real data so we price it correctly.

During our visit, we'll measure, take photos, and take detailed notes about the house.

Back at the office, we'll research comparable properties nearby that have closed within the last 6 months, with adjustments for homes that are larger or smaller than yours.

We'll present you with our report, discuss the likely selling price, and determine a listing price from which to start.

From there we'll start the listing process, and update you along the way, with feedback from buyers, other agents, and work our way to the closing table!
